Inspection Trips
We are now offering our Inspection trips to all our locations at this special rate from £39 per person all inclusive, untill the end of the year.
A trip lasting 4 Days and 3 nights, in 4 star hotel accommodation.
Even if you’re not sure about going out on an Inspection Tour, at the end of the day, you have to go out and have a look. To put everyone at ease there is NO hard sell. Put it this way: Whether you saw something to buy or not, you’d come back with a lot more information than if you never went out at all, wouldn’t you? There are often unnecessary concerns about 'pressure' on Inspection Tours, but please remember, your trip is being booked through Properties In The Sun a leading overseas property agency.
Properteis In The sun won’t arrange for you to be shunted around in an overcrowded mini-bus, van or coach. We won’t send out a salesman in a white suit and crocodile shoes, either. (He or she will be a salaried consultant from the estate agency who will pick you up to show you around in an air-conditioned car). You won’t end up staying in a company-owned hotel or be pressurised into buying any one builder’s products. We show them all, so you can see which is best: Polaris World, Taray, Sunsea Green, Torrevisa, MASA, Quesada, Golf Invest… To top it all, we also show you re-sales and boast an after-sales that is second to none.
If you have chosen Spain, where you stay depends on what region you are looking at. We carefully choose excellent hotels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you are looking around Costa Calida or Costa Blanca South, around Torrevieja, Alicante and the Mar Menor, you might stay at the Hotel Bahia, which is quite new. It has cookers and fridges in every room if you prefer not to eat in the restaurant and is close to the seafront at San Pedro del Pinatar on the Mar Menor. If you are looking a little further south in Costa Almeria you might stay at the Hotel Vera which is handy for the town and in their restaurant, one of their specialities is to cook venison right at your table.
Visiting show homes is fun. Of course, there is always one development designed by an architect who built Russian shopping centres during the sixties, but on the whole, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. We’re confident that we’ll find you a property. The consultants live there. They know where to look. They eat, breathe and sleep properties in the area you want to look. You can't do better than that. And why use your petrol when you can use ours?
Be realistic about your budget. There is no point in going on an Inspection Tour if you are not financially able to purchase: If you haven’t sold your house or cannot raise equity. You will only be disappointed if you see the home of your dreams and you can’t do anything about it. Once you have seen the property you want, make sure you put down a deposit, (usually €2,000). This fixes the price in euros so the builder (if it's a new property) or vendor (if it's a resale) can’t change their mind. If you need to check something out first - say, you want to call Auntie Vi to see what she thinks about it, and she’s not in until she finishes work at Bruntons at half-five, which is an hour in front, isn’t it? - You can ask for a ‘reserve’ to be put on the property. Remember, this may not be possible and only a deposit is going to reserve the property you want.
